Terms of Service

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to receive a tattoo at Paras Tattoo. Valid government-issued photo identification is required prior to any tattoo service.

2. Deposits & Cancellations

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment and begin custom design work. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, or the deposit will be forfeited.

3. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to the tattoo session. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it poses a health risk to the client or the artist.

4. Custom Designs

All custom tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of Paras Bhardwaj. Designs will not be sent electronically prior to the appointment to prevent art theft. Minor adjustments can be made on the day of the session.
